Responsibilities-

            Collaborate with site HR/payroll to determine UKG Workforce Dimensions modules and functionality to be tested by site.

            Develop test scenarios/cases based on site requirements and modules in use, ensuring reusability.

            Review test cases with HR/Payroll and WFM team to ensure comprehensive coverage.

            Provide access and training instructions on Dimensions usage to CSC testers.

            Train CSC testers on HP ALM, covering test case access, execution, documentation, and defect logging.

            Assign test cases and due dates to appropriate testers (FLL, Test Admin, Test Scheduler) with site HR assistance.

            Monitor HP ALM for test completion, engage WFM team, Project Genetics implementation team, and HR/Payroll for necessary updates.

            Re-engage CSC testers to revalidate test cases logged as defects.

            Oversee CSC tester management and resource scheduling, ensuring availability and meeting due dates.

 (MUST HAVE)

            5+ years of experience in UKG Workforce Central or Workforce Dimensions, with a background in both design and testing.

            Hands on experience in testing and leading the team.

            Demonstrated experience supporting multiple Workforce Central/Dimensions modules.

            Experience in requirements gathering, integration design, testing, and solutions deployment.

            Strong knowledge of dashboards, reporting, and integrations.

            Strong leadership and client management skills

            Ability to work in diverse teams and influence stakeholders.
