Please let me know and Please Share your updated resume at [email protected] Role : SAP GTS Location : Remote Contract : Long Term Job description: Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on SAP configuration experience in SAP GTS (Compliance, Customs, Trade Preference modules) Must have good understanding of SAP ECC/S4 HANA processes Must have interest in international trade and commerce Assist users with problems and provide resolution to issues independently. Provide Root Cause Analysis, recommended resolution and Communicate fluently and effectively with all level of business users, technical teams, and management across the organization. Experience in working in IT production support system (1.) Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls (2.) Raising risks, issues and escalation to senior management and customer (3.) To create all quality documents, collect metrics data and conducting Audits. To perform Value creation and KM activities. (4.) To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards (5.)
