Job Summary: As a Contract Instructional Designer, youll get to work collaboratively with the team to create a variety of meaningful learning and development programs including live workshops, on-demand courses, job aids and additional sales enablement tools including videos, infographics, slide decks, logos, flow charts, diagrams you name it! If you are a creative person that loves to design workshops, analyze learning gaps, develop learning solutions, edit videos, design graphics, create online courses, and build visually compelling slides, then this role may be a great fit for you! ( Contract) Role: - Instructional Designer Location: Pleasanton, CA Technical/Functional Skills Experience in instructional design, training or learning & development. Eye for Design: able to create visually appealing courses, content, diagrams and slides that are clean, modern and well laid out. Make Complex Concepts Simple: able to translate complex concepts into simple terms and organize it in a way thats easy to understand. Design Tools: experience with authoring, multimedia, and graphics tools including Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Camtasia Video Editing, PowerPoint, Google Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud. Work in Remote Environment: ability to work both independently and in teams, balance multiple projects and prioritize time well. Bachelors Degree is required.
