Hands on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), Fast Formulas, HCM Extract, BI Publisher, Integration Cloud Service, PaaS/DaaS/JaaS, Analytics Cloud General understanding of business practice concepts in your domain 2 full life cycle Oracle EBS HRMS implementations Ability to understand fundamental system design and purpose. Ability to engage effectively at the business and technical level. Strong written and verbal communication skills Understanding of project implementation methodologies Strong interpersonal skills Knowledge of challenges commonly faced by client and implementation teams.
