| Hi Role: AWS Connect Specialist Exp 10 Location: Remote Pay Rate: $ 60/hour Must have AWS Connect, Python, JavaScript, APIs Machine learning Contact center DynamoDB Lambda Your responsibilities in this role will include: We are looking for an AWS Connect Specialist to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our AWS Connect solutions to enhance our customer service and contact center operations. The role demands a proactive individual with a strong background in AWS services, especially AWS Connect, and a proven track record of delivering cloud-based contact center solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and configure AWS Connect instances according to business requirements. Develop and implement contact flows to ensure efficient customer service operations. Integrate AWS Connect with other AWS services like Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and RDS, as well as external systems such as CRM and ERP software. Monitor performance and provide scalable solutions for call volume fluctuations. Create and maintain documentation for system designs, processes, and training material for end-users. Ensure the security and compliance of contact center solutions with industry standards. Provide technical support and guidance for users and stakeholders regarding AWS Connect capabilities and features. Keep up to date with the latest AWS services and updates to leverage new tools and features to improve the contact center. Qualifications: Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), specifically AWS Connect. Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar. Excellent problem-solving skills and Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator). Experience in advanced contact center analytics and machine learning. Knowledge of standard APIs to integrate with various systems.
