Required: 8+ years of experience with SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning for Supply Chain). Exposure to SAP Response Order based planning is required. At least 1 full cycle implementations of IBP Response IBP Response experience with configuration and support experience (Optimizer is a must and Heuristic experience is a plus) Through understand of Production Planning process is needed CI-DS trouble-shooting experience (web-socket experience is a plus) CI-DS = Cloud Integration for Data Services S4-IBP integration for Master Data and Transaction Data Sound knowledge of Supply Planning Master Data in S4 Experience with job monitoring/issue resolution Strong customer service capability Excellent communication skills Experimentation, and self-study Willing to work on the stretched hours, if required (if work off hours or weekends will flex to not work that time during week) Ability to effectively work with remote teams in different regions of the world Desired: Functional knowledge of Replenishment Planning Experience in end-to-end Forecast To Schedule (FTS) design and development including integration with other functional areas like Demand Planning, MTD/OTC, PTP OTC = Order To Cash MTD = Month To Date PTP = Procure To Pay Integration experience with DRP, Network Optimization, Replenishment Planning, and Inventory Optimization and is a plus DRP = Distribution Requirements Planning PPDS = Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling Familiarity with ITSM tools and processes, desirable.
