Please go through the JD and send resumes to [email protected] Title EMS System Administrator Location 100% Remote PST Duration 6 Months Work Authorization: Except OPT / CPT The EMS System Administrator will manage a leading off the shelf SaaS EHS management solution. This includes air emissions, greenhouse gas, sustainability, permit tracking, incident management, inspections, audits, observations, and more. Job Description: Experienced and enthusiastic leader with an ability to work effectively and efficiently with onsite and remote colleagues, contractors, and vendors in the planning, execution, testing, and implementation of product configurations, customizations, report design and development, and in communicating of important upgrades and changes to the SaaS application. The EMS System Administrator will plan and prioritize projects with internal stakeholders, implementation consultants, and software vendors. The job involves applying strong project delivery skills with subject matter expertise in Environmental Management Services and significant experience with the Enablon solution. Responsibilities include defining business requirements and making decisions on how best to configure the Enablon product to meet the requirements. This requires technical leadership, review, and hands-on execution of EMS projects. Gathering and understanding objectives/business requirements, Developing effective plans and designs, Validating deliverables from vendors, Providing change management leadership and support as new requirements are deployed. Lead end user training and be the first line of support for the business stakeholders. Be the technical liaison to our software partners. Plan long term strategy with business stakeholders and ensure continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Ensure requirements of stakeholders are defined and met while managing implementation with the product provider. Pro-actively communicate results clearly and succinctly. Work closely with colleagues, business stakeholders, and product provider. Manage the Enablon platform, including configurations, customizations, report development, and all licensed modules. Architect and lead systems/reports that require reliable math and logic skills. Facilitate gathering of business requirements. Evaluate AS-IS business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, develop TO-BE requirements and document potential gaps. Translate business requirements to non-technical audiences and technical audiences. Create and/or review design specifications, test scripts and training guides. Education, Experience & Required Skills Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering or Chemical Engineering or related degree with an environmental or safety focus. At least five years of experience implementing Enablon. Experience leading EHS software implementations, including design workshops, development, testing, data migration and post-go-live support. Configuration expertise in Enablon: o Experience configuring Enablon Shared Functions including Organizational Axes (e.g., First Axis); Users and Company Directory; Shared Resources (e.g., Locations), and Platform settings. o Experience with common Enablon applications such as Incident Management, Audit/Inspections Management, Metrics, Action Plans, Regulatory Compliance Management, Air Quality, or Risk Management o Experience using Enablon NABSIC in expressions and functions. o Experience creating reports using Enablons Report Factory. o Experience creating reports using Enablons Document Engine. o Experience with Enablon Builder and a deep understanding of platform configuration including forms, fields, formatting expressions, calculated expressions, and field sets; views; aliases; workflows; access rights and advanced rights management, and consultant-layer rules. o A deep understanding of security settings and structure including functional groups, permission groups, and application security. o Experience with solution migration via ENX and data imports o Familiarity with the Enablon BLINK/REST ODATA API for reporting o Familiarity with Enablon SOAP and REST web service APIs for system integrations o Familiarity with the Enablon mobile application S.LEELA MADHURI US IT RECRUITER Tel: 703-831-8282 Ext. 2518 Email: [email protected] -- Keywords: information technology golang |
