Job Title: Business System analyst Location: Hauppauge, New York (Onsite) Duration: Contract Job Description: Senior Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between the business and IT teams. Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and then translate those requirements into technical specifications for the IT team to implement. Test and validate new systems and processes, and in developing and delivering training to users. Responsibilities: IT Professional with an experience of minimum 8 to 10 Years Gather and analyze business requirements for new and existing systems and processes Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the IT team Work with the IT team to develop, test and implement systems and processes Develop and deliver training to users Document business processes and procedures Identify and recommend process improvements Keep up to date with the latest mortgage industry trends and regulations Resolve application support tickets and production incidents Experience in basic SQL and data analysis Experience in enabling and training users in new process and solutions Experience working with, Business, SMEs and IT teams Experience in adhering to key policies, working with Compliance teams, Security and Data Experience in creating documentation / manual for new process improvements Excellent Communication and presentation skills Experience to work as individual contributor as well with multiple teams remotely Experience working in onsite/offshore model Ability to work on second shift under tight deadlines and self-starter.
