Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, balance workloads, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative work environment, including in virtual settings. *Communication and stakeholder management across all levels of the project and both customer and SI organizations. *Risk management and problem-solving abilities, and proactive management of potential risks and mitigations, and quickly addressing and resolving issues to keep the project on track.
