Position:100 % remote UKG Dimensions Program Manager Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ Month Job Description. 100% Remote with Travel in west coast area(Travel expenses would be reimbursed) Overall senior program manager for a UKG Timekeeping and Advanced Scheduling multi-year program. Experience: Many years of experience leading large WF Dimensions timekeeping and scheduling projects with employees over 40,000+ (this is important) great if this is healthcare networks. Leading a full program from planning through implementation, with multiple phases, including pilot and longer-term deployment Specific experience with Kronos, UKG Advanced Scheduling and Timekeeping. They dont need hands-on knowledge, but have led this type of project "Dimensions" Experience managing overall program change management activities for a large organization (40,000+ employees and 30+ departments) Skills Very strong communication skills, both written and verbal Knowledge and background in Healthcare. Ability to work closely with senior leadership across all disciplines, technology, operations, finance, etc. Ability to effectively lead a team including clients, vendors, independent and independent Ability to think strategically, as well as manage day-to-day activities This cant be someone who has specific limitations on what they can / cant or will / won't do.. they have to be open to making things happen Additional Notes; There are union agreements and complex specifics in payroll and scheduling to be considered which makes Healthcare unique and therefore prior healthcare experience is required. They are a teaching healthcare system, with an education side and the medical side - these are two very distinct cultures under one roof and they both have needs to be accounted for and handled well - prior experience of environments with different cultures and styles, ideally a teaching healthcare system in the past.
