Job Description

Strong understanding of MDM, Ms-Intune tools, PowerShell Script and SCCM
.

Responsibilities
:

Over 6+ years experience as application packaging , Windows 7 to 11 migration engineer and SCCM migration to Ms-Intune tool as technical Lead Engineer.

Minimum 3+ years of project work experience in SCCM migration to Ms-Intune, PowerShell scripting and PSAppDeployToolkit.

Experience in implementing concept of application packaging through PowerShell app deployment tool kit
.

Provide solutioning and optimizing the app SW package migration task using PowerShell script using PSADT standards.

Provides the strategy and design to build a utility for systems programming script tasks for installations, configurations, upgrades and testing.

Develop and involved in documenting the migrations / deployment guide.

Provides technical consultation and support associated with Windows 11 operating systems.

Consults with management and recommends process and procedure improvements. Lead projects, including assignment of tasks, and provides direction and guidance. Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversees updating and testing.

Excellent troubleshooting and issue resolution skills in case of any package failure. Good understanding of ticketing tool ServiceNow.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving skills.

(1.) To create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.

(2.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.

(3.) To ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview.

(4.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
