Instills best practices for software development and documentation, assures designs meet requirements, and delivers high-quality work on tight schedules. Translates business requirements into technical solutions, recommends alternative technical and business approaches, and leads engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutions. Operational Excellence building, deploying, monitoring, and operation of production services. Mentors other software engineers. Leads engineering efforts for their feature team. Job Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Computer Engineering or related field or related field or 7 years relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. 5+ years experience in full lifecycle of software development projects in an agile environment. Hands-on technical expertise in ServiceNow areas: Customer Service Management IT Service Management IT Operations Management (CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management) Experience with developing Custom applications.
