Position: 100 % remote UKG Dimensions Program Manager. Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ Months VISA- No H1B Job Description: Note: 100% Remote with Travel in west coast area(Travel expenses would be reimbursed) Skills Very strong communication skills, both written and verbal Knowledge and background in Healthcare. Ability to work closely with senior leadership across all disciplines, technology, operations, finance, etc. Ability to effectively lead a team including clients, vendors, independent and independent Ability to think strategically, as well as manage day-to-day activities This cant be someone who has specific limitations on what they can / cant or will / won't do.. they have to be open to making things happen Additional Notes; There are union agreements and complex specifics in payroll and scheduling to be considered which makes Healthcare unique and therefore prior healthcare experience is required. They are a teaching healthcare system, with an education side and the medical side - these are two very distinct cultures under one roof and they both have needs to be accounted for and handled well - prior experience of environments with different cultures and styles, ideally a teaching healthcare system in the past.
