Lead Collibra Developer 6+ Month Contract 100% Remote (Chicago or New York locations only) Responsibilities: Implement Collibra Workflows to empower data management capabilities. Develop Collibra integrations with other systems using Collibra API. Configure Collibra based on specific business requirements. Leverage Collibra Connect to seamlessly integrate applications with Collibra Data Governance Center. Work collaboratively with Manta to extract data from diverse systems, ensuring comprehensive Data Lineage. Collaborate with Data Stewards to gather requirements, facilitate integrations, and streamline processes. Engage with Data Management and integration leads to continually improve Data Management technologies. Apply software development best practices to optimize system performance. Take ownership of the health of the production system, ensuring reliability and efficiency. Lead upgrades and drive future developments of Data Governance tool suites. Requirements: Minimum 5-6 years of hands-on Collibra experience. Over 10 years of experience in the IT industry. Preferred degree in Computer Science. Profound knowledge of Data Governance, Data Lineage, and Data Management. Proven experience leading multiple Collibra implementations, with SAAS implementation as a preference. Strong proficiency in metamodel design. Expertise with workflow development tools. Familiarity with code repository and version control tools, such as Bitbucket. Experience with REST/API for seamless integrations. Robust SQL background with various RDBMS, including SQL Server, Oracle, and Postgres. Knowledge of NoSQL databases. Proficient in working with a Linux environment. Ability to excel in a team within a fast-paced agile development environment. Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Extensive understanding of SDLC and scrum methodologies.
