Role: Product Manager

Location: San Jose, CA - Onsite

Duration: Long Term Contract

Responsibilities:

The Product Manager will be part of Adobe ATS Global Marketing (GMO) Business Capability Design & Delivery (BCDD) team. A part of the marketing strategy and planning pillar the role will be responsible for partnering with global marketing and IT engineering to understand current and future needs and processes to not only create a roadmap but execute the migration of existing marketing workflows to Adobe Workfront.

At least 5 years of relevant Adobe Workfront experience is required with high emphasis on working directly with stakeholders to understand their needs, requirements, and processes.  The role will partner with Marketing to understand their requirements and distill into prioritized business cases, ultimately delivering detailed product requirements and end to end use cases to be used by engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with marketing stakeholders to understand and detail needs related to Adobe Workfront.

Lead discovery, gap analysis, process analysis and design, following an Adobe standard methodology and approach, to successfully enable the marketing teams to achieve their business objectives using Workfront.

Facilitate discussions between marketing teams to prioritize and align the needs of business.

Review and analyze requirements, define scope and related level of effort, identify risks & issues, and work with engineering to develop solutions accordingly.

Increase and track adoption of Workfront within the marketing organizations.

Be an Adobe Workfront SME for the ATS GMO BCDD team.

Partner with engineering to deliver new features and enhancements that add business value.

Background / Experience

At least 5 years of relevant Adobe Workfront experience required.

Experience translating client needs to requirements and process maps.

Experience gathering requirements for new workflows in Workfront.

Background in process analysis, process streamlining, defining processes.

Must be able to conform and speak the language of customers (marketers, business owners)

Very experienced at translating real world scenarios into technical requirements.

Works in fast-paced environments

Works in ambiguous and quick to evolve environments.

Excellent written and spoken communications skills with ability to influence.
