Description: Specialty Compass is a reporting tool leveraged to support internal and employer-facing metrics. The role of this UI/UX designer would be to continually iterate to make the user experience more easy to navigate: - data visualizations - create up-sell features for clients -support multiple user types (from light to heavy users of the tool). - Partner with Data Analysts and product managers to disseminate technical/data-driven details into experience and design improvements in this reporting tool. Required Skills: 3-5 years design experience. Have experience designing for tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or other home-grown corporate analytics solutions to help simplify access to complex data. Understand and guide conversations leveraging standard product delivery lifecycle approach. Must be able to help contribute to prioritization conversations with product and data partners, advocating for the end-user at all times. Agile delivery Confidence to speak up and advocate for users.
