ITIL Foundation+ Certification with expert-level knowledge of ITIL Change Management process, KPIs, and best practices. Stellar communication and comfort acting as thought leader to drie progress, governance, and change management. Position Description: The Lead Process Engineer will engage in process support and serve as a technical resource in complex process development, troubleshooting, process optimization, and scaling up initiatives. They will lead the creation of baseline process maps, identify inefficiencies, and redesign/reimagine the process to deliver superior customer experiences. What Youll Get to Do: Manage and evolve ITIL Change Management process and governance. Report and escalate to the ITSM Manager. Drive Change Management from strategic/tactical perspective to understand requirements. Analyze current assessments, operational efforts and provide recommendations for improvements to all operational processes. Design and develop Change Management best practices for the organization, including managing Change Advisory Board meetings. Develop collaborative project plans for best implementation and adoption of a Service-oriented approach for Change Management. Drive steady state and continuous improvement in ITSM operations support of the organization. Participate in discussion to understand requirements and ITSM operations management. Proactively identify Change Management solutions and engage other department stakeholders to ensure solutions are comprehensive. Document processes, procedures, and work instructions. Contribute to Change Management needs for the organization. Act as process owner and demonstrate tangible benefits and value of the process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze gaps, and document processes. Lead the adoption, success, and maintenance of processes. Evaluate metrics, identify, and implement improvement strategies. Perform validation activities on existing and new processes. Youll Bring these Qualifications: 8 years of relevant process engineering experience or demonstrated ability to perform the functions at the level required. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline (in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience). ITIL Foundation+. Ability to motivate others and foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile execution. Ability to exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria. Knowledge of process improvement techniques. Knowledge of process mapping and documentation techniques.
