We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Epicor KB Max and OData Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and maintaining our company's use of the Epicor ERP system, with a specific focus on the KB Max configurator and OData integration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Epicor's KB Max module, OData protocols, and have hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and integrating these components within an ERP environment. Key Responsibilities: Epicor KBMax Configuration and Customization: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement customizations in the KBMax configurator to meet specific business needs. Configure product catalogs, rules, pricing, workflows, and other relevant components within the KBMax module. Develop and maintain accurate product configuration models and rules for various product lines. OData Integration and API Management: Design, develop, and maintain OData integrations between the Epicor ERP system and external applications. Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement integration opportunities to improve overall system efficiency and data flow. Data Management and Reporting: Develop and maintain data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure data integrity between different systems. Create reports and dashboards using data from the Epicor ERP system and other integrated sources. Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for process improvement. System Support and Maintenance: Provide technical support to end-users regarding KBMax configurations, OData integrations, and related processes. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Epicor ERP system and integrated applications. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure system stability, security, and performance. Documentation and Training: Document configuration changes, integration setups, and troubleshooting steps for future reference. Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and efficient use of the Epicor KBMax configurator and OData integrations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience in configuring and customizing the Epicor KBMax module. Strong knowledge of OData protocols and experience with integrating systems using OData APIs. Prior experience with the Epicor ERP system and its related modules is highly desirable. Proficiency in programming languages like C#, SQL, or JavaScript for customization and integration purposes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues. Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
