Provides direction and oversight to design, develop, deploy, and maintain solutions that meet applicable business requirements. Maintains control of the Change Management process. Responsible for resolving issues, mitigating risks, and escalating issues/risks when appropriate. This is a mid-level to senior-level highly technical role that will serve as a mentor to more junior sustain resources and will report to a Director of Technology Operations. Qualifications 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or comparable experience. Broad and deep understanding of technical concepts in multiple specialized fields to develop technical solutions with a consultative approach Proficiency with incident management, root cause analysis and resolving production application issues with both short term and long-term solutions Proficient with standard development tools Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing work items appropriately Ability to manage and support enterprise business applications by leveraging internal and external teams along with third-party vendor solution Understanding of Security best practices 3+ years of experience with the following applications : - Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) on Azure windows-based systems - Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting AVD - Azure Virtualization, Azure Networking, Azure Identity and Azure Storage - MSIX, FsLogix and the Azure API 5+ years of experience with the following applications: - Citrix XenDesktop, Citrix XenApp, Citrix NetScaler, and Citrix StoreFront. - NetScaler/ADC and Citrix Cloud. - GPO, PowerShell, DSC - Strong understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix) I would appreciate your valuable reply.
