| From: Devyani Kumari, Absolute IT [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title: System Engineer with MS Team (Candidate must be ideally local or 2 hours away from the office -> would also look at relocation candidates) Location: 400 Value Way, Marlborough, MA 01752 Duration: 6-12 months Previous candidates were missing the engineering and building of conference room piece; technician background is fine, but this role requires a senior engineer Main items: Candidates must be local but open to candidates who reside in surrounding states; max drive of 2 hours; no reimbursement Must haves: 8 plus years of overall experience with Teams/Cloud/video conferencing 2015 and less Minimum 5 years with Teams in video 2023 2018 Key areas of experience include corporate office buildings, schools and universities, convention centres, hotels, high quality residences. Understanding of the latest digital systems (HDMI, DisplayPort, HD-SDI), content streaming. AutoCAD 20xx intermediate level OR experience with similar type of design software (not designing but needs to know how to read drawings related to meeting rooms) (required) Experience/knowledge working with Android, Windows, Intune, and MDM (mobile device management) MS Teams Room - Engineer who knows the ins and outs of meeting rooms Not expecting the person in this role to design but needs to be able to review the design from the vendor Agile experience (features and stories) (required) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in deploying and managing Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) in a large enterprise environment. Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and audiovisual conferencing technologies. Certification in Microsoft Teams or related areas is a plus (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate). Proficiency in network troubleshooting, endpoint management, and IT security. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
