We are an Agile Scrum team focused on delivering custom Front-end experiences for Best Buys Contact Center agents. We are currently developing new customer omnichannel experiences to provide Best Buys customers with the means to get the help they want through the communication channel (voice, chat, sms, video, etc) they prefer to use with us. We are creating these new Front-end experiences in a BBY custom Micro Frontend platform connected to the Twilio Contact Center as a Service platform. Our team works very collaboratively together often peer programming with each other to help the team succeed at maximizing the value we provide to our stakeholders. Project Description: Contribute to the development of new customer omnichannel experiences for the BBY Contact Centers Digital Communication Platform. Position Summary/Job Description: Strong technical and interpersonal skills to be accountable for business delivery requirements. Assist the Team Leader in contributing development value to the team. o Help set overall design direction for how major features need to be delivered. o Ensure overall delivery of code to meet proper security and code quality standards. o Assist in strategically assigning work to help meet business timelines and provide opportunities to developers to strengthen their skills. o Mentor peer developers in collaboration sessions during sprint delivery. Participate in team sprint ceremonies. Contribute to the continual improvement in team processes. Be an individual contributor to team capacity/code development.
