| Hi, Hope you are doing well. Title: Oracle Program manager Location: Remote 65/hr on C2C only. 1. Key Responsibilities Program manager / Director in leading complex Oracle HCM projects, to help clients manage their transformative journeys. Lead and manage all aspects of Oracle applications (HCM Cloud, ERP Cloud, EBS) projects through the complete project lifecycle Manage services delivery operation (budgeting, resource management, planning, delivery, reporting) Create project plan(s) and measure, track, and evaluate progress against the project plan Evolve and operate light-weight, consistent practices and PM artifacts, elevate our process and practice Gold Standards Establish operating models, frameworks and cohesive communication plans for large scale initiatives Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of focus and driving commitments with partners and stakeholders of all levels Identify and escalate issues or resource conflicts and be able to manage trade-offs involving features, cost, design and schedule Effectively communicate with cross functional teams through the complete program / project cycle Partner with customer stake holders and internal customers to develop new insights and understand long term vision of programs Lead and drive PMO communications at all levels, ensuring quality, cohesive narratives Collaborate with Cognizant leadership and client stakeholders to manage Project Governance Meetings (e.g., Steering Committee) Lead and manage the solution harvesting and repository updates at time of project completion. 2. Mandatory Capabilities/Skills /Years of Experience Experience in managing large complex Oracle Cloud HCM implementations. Expert understating of all areas of project management and governance for cloud package applications. Good understanding of implementation approaches and methods. Build and sustain trusted advisor relationship with clients in program governance aspects. Good people management skills.
