Qualification Number Requested Qualifications: 1. 84 months of experience in in a leadership role where the candidate has consistently managed teams of more than 25 people in an IT environment, overseeing complex projects and ensuring successful delivery. 2. 84 Months of experience as an enterprise architect or equivalent, specifically handling responsibilities such as system development life cycle management, IT service provisioning, and application infrastructure. 3. 84 Months of experience in managing T projects, such as enterprise-wide system implementations, with a strong emphasis on application architecture and development in languages like Java, .NET, and Cobol. 4. 84 Months of Software development experience in Cobol, Java, or .NET technologies. 5. 84 Months of experience in project coordination, specializing in leading technology or common service teams for significant projects within state or government financial organizations. 6. 84 Months of experience with IBM software which includes WebSphere Application Server (WAS), COBOL, IBM DB2, IBM MQSeries, JCL, and IBM DataStage). 7. 84 Months of experience in leading continuity of operations programs and disaster recovery plans, particularly in high-stakes, large-scale operational environments. 8. 84 months of experience with a Government Taxation organization, which includes business knowledge, technical design, development, maintenance, and end user support of complex Tax Return processing.
