The manager is leading 8-9 BA\\'s within the customer experience area and he is looking for support on the pricing simplification project. It is multi-parts- one part is implementing cloud solutions for price optimization with needs to connect to Order to Cash and then the second part is price matching modules. They are looking to stand up their custom solution HelixIQ to facilitate the workflow that Oracle requests to manage pricing in EBS. They want Pricefx to be a stand alone to any ERP solution and they are building this all on a React web technology. This BA needs to focus on the work they are ramping up with external resources located in India. They are working with pricing specialists and account managers. This BA does not need Pricefx experience but would like this BA to have pricing knowledge. If the BA has any Oracle E-Business, Order to Cash, or Advanced Pricing experience that would be a huge plus. If they do not have that experience, they will be leaning on their leadership experience. Schreiber Foods is 2 sprints into their Agile journey, so they want this BA to have Agile/ Scrum experience. Schreiber Foods Job Description: We are in the process of redesigning and standardizing our business pricing processes and implementing required technology to support. Schreiber is implementing a third-party pricing solution, Pricefx. Pricefx will integrate with our Oracle ERP solution and other solutions in the future. To manage and support the integration between Pricefx and Oracle, a custom solution needs to be developed for managing the Oracle specific master data and processes, and other simplification process improvements that have been identified. We are calling this custom solution HelixIQ. Resource Need Business Analyst (BA) will be focused on the development and delivery of the HelixIQ solution BA Skillset Required Tactical Responsible for producing and delivering high quality, structured, fully tested solutions on time, and in accordance with business requirements and IT standards. Responsible for understanding system functionality and communicating system capabilities to the business. Responsible for collaborating with the business to create detailed use cases, process flows, prototyping and test cases and scenarios to implement quality solutions. Responsible for managing, creating and executing test cases and scenarios. Analyzes the feasibility the requirements for a new custom built system in a cost vs value; ensures the system design fits the needs of the business. Ensures end user training and assist with troubleshooting issues. Acts as a liaison between business end-users and IT development teams. Consultant on analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance to ensure optimal operational performance. Assist the project team in defining project scope, goals, approach and deliverables supporting the business objectives in an agile fashion. Assists in training based on the project need. Work with designers and developers to address product defects and enhancements to their solutions Strategic Partner with business leaders to create and turn strategies into effectively-implemented solutions. Ensures focus is on highest value and speed of delivery of functionality to enable business to leverage and create collaboration to prioritize effectively Ability to articulate the art of the possible and challenge the status quo Leadership Initiate, lead and implement opportunities to improve business processes and systems. Play a key role of change agent within the organization as well and influence business processes. Build, develop and grow business relationships essential for project success.
