Role: Pega Lead Architect Location: Bellevue, WA or Atlanta, GA or Frisco, TX or Kansas ( Remote ) Vendor / Client: Direct Vendor Duration: Contract Job Description This role is focused on guiding and leading a team in the design and implementation of marketing and decisioning solutions, particularly utilizing Pega's tools and capabilities. Solution Design Authority: Takes the lead in designing solutions. Guides the team through the development process. Manages show/tell sessions, which likely involve demonstrating progress or completed work to stakeholders. Facilitates co-production, indicating collaboration and teamwork. Agile Support: Supports the Agile team in crafting effective User Stories for marketing and decisioning solutions. Provides expertise in the Agile methodology, ensuring that the development process aligns with Agile principles. Decision Strategy Framework: Establishes a best practices omnichannel decision strategy framework design. Utilizes Next-Best-Action Designer, suggesting a focus on personalized and context-aware decision-making. Analytics and External Model Usage: Offers expert advice and support for Pegas analytics capabilities. Guides the team in incorporating external models into the solution. Success Reporting and KPIs: Provides expert advice on defining and measuring success. Defines Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to gauge the effectiveness of the implemented solutions. Testing and Phases: Takes the lead in the Unit Test phase. Acts as an advisor for subsequent phases such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
