Role: RCG Consultant With Business Analyst Location: Remote Duration: Contract RCG Consultant (with strong Data background) JD: Extensive experience on Retail & Consumer Packaged Goods(RCG) Business, Analysing end-to-end requirement including solution strategy & design covering data transformation and performance. Project experience in data product initiatives and identify opportunities for data roadmap improvements within scope of responsibilities that drive data enablement and capabilities across platforms and utilities. Present recommendations for resolving strategic data product situations, and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in data, analytics, and integration needs of line of business partners that impact prioritization, roadmap, and architecture design. Review and analyse business, operational, or technical assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives to drive low to moderate-risk data enablement strategies, roadmaps, and deliverables. Collaborate and consult with functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and prioritization and ensure data product solutions are built for optimal performance. Manage low to moderate-complexity datasets continuously focusing on the consumers of the data and their business needs, while adhering to set data governance and standards. Participate in the creation and maintenance of data product roadmaps with detailed specifications, requirements, and flows for data capabilities. Gather data requirements and document data needs from a variety of sources throughout the data product life cycle. Communicate data product initiatives in a digestible manner to all audiences. Define domain centric position for the RCG and builds domain capability and build a Market strategy solution. Ensure that Retail verticals domain centricity is reflected. Ability to run specialist functional and technical teams for domain centric Retail product solutions.
