Here's a breakdown of the key responsibilities: Pega Platform Expertise: Acts as the Pega platform expert within the team. Assists in defining and driving the implementation of standards, technical architecture, and integration strategies. Marketing Application Setup: Establishes the marketing application, including defining rulesets, access groups, roles, operators, and the security model. Specifies and implements requirements related to the marketing application. Customer Class and Entity Design: Designs and implements the customer class and associated entities within the Pega platform. Marketing and Decisioning Solution Architecture: Drives the design of the architecture for marketing and decisioning solutions. Addresses security considerations, decisioning data, events streaming, channel interfaces, file interfaces, and Interaction History. Platform Leadership and Best Practices: Supports platform leadership within the Scrum team. Develops, advocates for, and monitors adherence to best practices in development and implementation. Infrastructure Optimization: Provides oversight and optimization of the infrastructure supporting the marketing and decisioning solutions. Ensures that integrations between different components are efficient and effective. Operational Performance Monitoring: Directs the establishment of operational performance monitoring mechanisms. Defines and mandates monitoring practices that are critical for post go-live support.
