Key responsibilities: Writing high-quality and well-tested code Following the latest design and development patterns Ensuring that project and engineering duties are fulfilled Solving any engineering issues that come up in a project Developing applications that use the Azure Cosmos DB for NoSQL API Writing efficient SQL queries for the API Creating appropriate indexing policies Required Skills: 8-10 years experience. In which mini 2-3 years in cosmos development. Migration design and execution Cosmos data modeling Cosmos DB RU migration Cosmos DB vCore migration Azure Data Factory and/or Data Bricks API for NoSQL Spark Cosmos workload optimization (100 customers) Application DBA skills to tune application queries and the underlying model. .net SDK and Java SDK for Cosmos/NoSQL Workload optimization is important as there is a backlog of customer workloads that can be worked on while getting migrations ready for execution.
