This role will be working at the client location in Des Moines, Iowa full time. Technical Skills: Strong Program Management skills managing Life and Annuity Programs (Managed Services / Transformation) Very good exposure in Cloud Transformation (preferrable Azure) Engagements. Experience in application modernization on Azure Cloud. DevOps experience is good to have. Candidature with Enterprise architecture experience is must-to-have capable of engaging in discussions with technical architecture group and understanding the nuances and provide guidance. Process Skills: Excellent Client communication and Program Management Skills Behavioral Skills : Excellent team player and Go Getter. Excellent team management and client facing skills. Very good People management Client stake holder management Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensures client satisfaction. Strong Communication with Client Executives and Internal Executives Carry out Risk Management, mitigation planning and Workshops. Qualification: Somebody who has a minimum of 5 years as PM and 14 years of work experience in software development and Transformation Knowledge on Insurance Domain.
