Client : PepsiCo Job Description : Life Sciences- reporting against external commitments- looking to reduce added sugars, saturated fats in foods per World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines and new findings. Additionally looking for someone to look more broadly to drive business strategy meaning they are looking for someone with critical thinking skills. Areas they might look for impact are: health, environmental friendliness, etc. Data and systems in PepsiCo (financial and other specialized systems) are not connected; his team is managing connection between volumes, SKUs and nutritional data. Role is comfortable linking data. Not a data collection role. Analytics and Insights. Take information and put together analytics and insights and build visualizations. PepsiCo is migrating from Tableau to Power BI. Nice to have both, but Power BI preferred. Looking for 2-6 years experience so junior enough to get the details, but high level enough for strategic thinking (looking for an understanding of why questions are being asked and the questions behind the questions). Team is responsible for what is the risk with this product. SQL; Tableau and Teradata currently. Nice to have a pulse on data trends. Machine Learning or Automation. Python is a plus. Automation tech. Looking to be more visual in nature. (I wouldnt focus on any ML or AI) SQL Any automation tool AKA Python Dont worry about Data Governance PepsiCO- moving to cloud based; Azure.
