Further, Knowledge Manager will be responsible for the following: -Creating and or gathering certification coursework and testing. -Restructuring of the Category, Subcategory, which is oriented to each configuration item (application, platform, hardware, network, etc.) within ServiceNow. -Completing team and individual Quality Assessments. -Creating knowledge content from escalated tickets to decrease manual escalations. -Documenting any report requirements which need to be created which provide a view of actionable data for Siemens business leaders.
