They will writes test procedures, compile and evaluate design and test data, and prepare technical specifications. The Process Engineer recommends design approaches to meet production requirements for new or improved products or processes. They will also coordinate with technical support personnel to conduct prototype or experimental runs for products or processes. They may also coordinate the efforts of drafters, technical writers, engineering technicians and machine shop personnel as required. Overall, the Process Engineer will be responsible for the supply chain process (packaging design, pulling, gathering a list of all components, looking at how business processes work, setting up parts in SAP, design shipping changes).
