| Location: Remote Visa: USC,GC,H4EAD,GCEAD,TN Job Title: IT Program Manger Duration: 12 months Skills: SAP; ADP; ERP; AD; Azure; Agile; Scrum Job Description: IT Program Manger Location: remote Contract: 12 months (with possibility for more) Looking for an individual to be the right hand to the CIO, decision maker to lead them through the transitional items of multiple IT areas while converting Equus to its own stand alone IT department and then transitioning 3 other companies into the environment. Will need to make the necessary recommendations on how to proceed with managing or migrating various instances of the environment. Some key areas of experience would be: IT Infrastructure Implementation Cloud-Based Solutions Network Management Responsibilites: Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements. Developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, and managing project budgets to ensure successful project execution. Leading project teams, coordinating activities, and assigning tasks to team members, ensuring adherence to project schedules and milestones. Identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues and ensure project success. Communicating project progress, updates, and status reports to stakeholders and senior management. Managing changes to project scope, timelines, and requirements, and assessing their impact on project deliverables and resources. Conducting regular project meetings and facilitating effective communication among team members and stakeholders. Ensuring adherence to project management methodologies, best practices, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Monitoring and tracking project progress, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track. Managing project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and documentation of project-related decisions and changes. Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience as an IT Program Manager. Should have knowledge leading projects/ program in SAP, ADP and ERP domain space. Also be familiar with AD, Azure. Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., agile/scrum). Project or Program manager management certification is a plus. Possess strong problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.
