How u resolve that problem This role will focus on the build-out of the Third Party Risk Management (formerly Vendor Risk Management) use case and capabilities in Vanguard's existing ServiceNow environment. The role will include the following duties and responsibilities: Story Grooming (Gathering and fine-tuning requirements, defining implementation approach) Design and Impact analysis Definition of test scenarios ServiceNow configuration / development Packaging and deployment between non-prod and production environments Unit / System testing Troubleshooting issues/defects and implementing fixes Production Support Qualifications ServiceNow Developer with preferred experience in the Third Party Risk Management (Vendor Risk Management) use case.
