Please send across the resume earliest to [email protected] Role - Adobe AEM DAM Developer Location Remote Duration:- Contract Need 10-12+ Years profiles Max Rate - $55/hr on c2c Or $49/hr on w2 Role Overview: As an Adobe AEM DAM Developer, you will be responsible for coding software applications based on business requirements, contributing to the enhancement of our digital asset management (DAM) capabilities using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Your work assignments will be diverse, often requiring independent interpretation and decision-making to determine the most effective courses of action. Key Responsibilities: Software Development: Code software applications tailored to meet specific business requirements within the Adobe AEM DAM framework. Drive continuous improvement in digital asset management solutions, staying abreast of industry best practices. Quality Assurance and Testing: Standardize and implement robust quality assurance procedures for software development. Oversee testing and debugging processes, actively developing fixes to ensure optimal performance. Issue Resolution: Research and address complaints related to software issues, making necessary adjustments and recommendations. Resolve complex DAM-related problems with a focus on improving overall system performance. Strategy Alignment: Understand departmental, segment, and organizational strategy, aligning software development objectives with broader business goals. Recognize linkages between your work and related areas within the organization. Decision-Making and Autonomy: Make informed decisions regarding work methods, especially in ambiguous situations. Operate with minimal direction, seeking guidance when necessary, and consistently follow established guidelines and procedures. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in systems analysis or application programming development.
