Job Title APM and Digital Experience Observability Consultant Job Location - Remote Duration - 6 Months+ Visa -Any Visa except H1B,CPT,opt Mode Of Interview - Phone/Skype Note - Need LinkedIn Job Description Background Check Required* Role: APM and Digital Experience Observability Consultant Special Instructions Onsite/Remote: Remote Duration/ # of T&M Hrs. 1040 hrs, 6 months Scope: Implement, manage, and troubleshoot APM tools like Dynatrace Implement, manage, and troubleshoot digital experience monitoring tools like Catchpoint for new applications Optimize observability architecture and enable tracing using OpenTelemetry Develop frameworks and libraries for auto-instrumentation to enable enhanced monitoring Collaborate with teams on instrumentation best practices and CI/CD integration Create and maintain dashboards, alerts, reports for application and digital experience insights Conduct root cause analysis on performance issues and resolve them Define SLIs/SLOs and implement incident response procedures Evangelize monitoring and observability initiatives across engineering teams Skills 5+ years experience with APM and digital experience monitoring tools Experience with OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, Zipkin, Prometheus, and Grafana Experience with Terraform and other automation scripting.
