PMP certification. Prior experience managing projects for a California state agency. Experience with Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) process submission on a CA state project. Strong knowledge of Agile. Experience managing complex projects within organizations that involve ambiguity and is capable of creating structure to effectively handle them.
