Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced MS CRM Dynamics Consultant with expertise in the North52 business rules engine. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and customizing MS CRM Dynamics solutions for our clients. The individual should have a deep understanding of CRM processes and possess hands-on experience with the North52 business rules engine to enhance and optimize CRM functionalities. Responsibilities: Solution Design and Implementation: Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and design effective MS CRM Dynamics solutions. Utilize the North52 business rules engine to create and implement complex business rules, calculations, and logic within the CRM system. Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure MS CRM Dynamics to meet specific business needs. Implement and maintain custom entities, workflows, forms, and views. Integration: Integrate MS CRM Dynamics with other business applications and systems as needed. Ensure seamless data flow and communication between CRM and other platforms. North52 Business Rules Engine: Leverage expertise in the North52 business rules engine to create advanced business rules and decision logic. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the implementation of North52 business rules. User Training and Support: Provide training to end-users on CRM functionalities and features. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and integrations. Create user guides and training materials as needed. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM consultant. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the North52 business rules engine. Strong understanding of CRM processes, workflows, and configurations. Experience with CRM customization, configuration, and integration. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
