Your primary responsibility will be to help with the portfolio management of IT projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for Demand Management and Quality Assurance to further enhance our project delivery processes. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Maintain the IT project portfolio, including prioritization and resource allocation. Conduct thorough project assessments, risk analysis, and resource planning. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions. Lead Demand Management efforts, including assessing project demands, prioritizing requests, and optimizing resource allocation. Establish and maintain Quality Assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT projects. Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio status, budget, and performance metrics to leadership. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and best practices in project management, Demand Management, and Quality Assurance. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Infrastructure, ERP, Demand Management, and Quality Assurance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in IT project management and portfolio management. Strong knowledge of Infrastructure and ERP systems, with hands-on experience being a plus. Expertise in Demand Management and Quality Assurance processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Expertise in project management tools and software. CAPM or similar certification is a plus.
