Position : ERP Finance Solution Architect Location : New Jersey / Long Island, New York or Philadelphia, PA or Florida ( Onsite ) Duration : 12 Months Job Description: ERP Finance Solution Architect Eisner Advisory Group LLC is seeking to fill a position of ERP Finance and Controlling Solution Lead within the Technology Department. This role will focus on Solution Transformation & Implementation of NextGen ERP solutions for the office of the CTO. We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and solution-focused individual that can collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. This role can sit in NJ, NY, LI, Philadelphia, or FL, with flexibility to work remotely some of the time with the expectation of some travel. This individual will be responsible for partnering with the business and the leadership team to drive EAGs Finance transformation to SAP S/4 HANA. The ability to design effective solution in finance space, execute efficiently and pivot along the way will be critical to achieving success in this role. Equally important will be the ability to motivate and influence without overt authority, while building relationships among the business units, IT leaders, and IT vendors to deliver projects and systems that meet EAGs enterprise quality standards. Finance Architects Lead Responsibilities: Finance Solution Lead will be responsible for building applications roadmap for finance and revenue management solution . Ensure successful delivery of Integrated S/4HANA (ERP) system solutions and other supporting applications. Build, lead and manage a team, along with the associated processes to deliver on finance initiatives across EAG ERP platform Ability to design and deliver integrated solution with industry best practices of SAP S4HANA Cloud solution. Good understanding of financial data and help in migration This Role is expected to provide the necessary leadership for the creation and design of the detailed finance solution architecture and implementation. Work closely with business leadership to design and deliver best in class solution In close partnership with Finance and Engagement & Billing teams, this position is responsible for the implementation of standardized business processes across the organization and ensuring that they are maintained and adhered to consistently. Create an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart. Drive and take ownership for developing connections that help deliver what is best for our people and stakeholders. The position will work closely with the business and IT leadership teams serving as leader bringing forth opportunities to leverage the finance solution capabilities to support the efficient running and growth of our organization. Building and cultivating strong relationships with integration stakeholders at all levels, including Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Quality Assurance, Development, Security and Production Support. Minimum Qualifications: Experienced in delivering large scale ERP / SAP Implementation Experience in professional services industry with full life cycle implementations Minimum 15 years experience in SAP Finance application delivery 3+ years experience in S4HANA implementation and delivery Experience in professional services processes for revenue recognition, intercompany transfers and other core finance processes including integrations with project systems and engagement management Should be master in Functional Architecture Design and Financial Analysis. Should have experience in Business Knowledge and S4HANA Technical Solution Design Should be proficient in Business Analysis.
