RESPONSIBILITIES - Hands on Technical lead with thorough knowledge of Web Technologies AWS and Salesforce - Expert in understanding business requirements and help solution it. - Assist and direct in software development projects. - Help establish standards across multiple platforms and efficient way to enforce those standards. - Analyze design document and configure existing applications. - Ensure support queue is effectively managed and maintained via ServiceNow and Jira - Collaborate with business stakeholders to establish proper standard operating procedures. - Collaborate with Leads Project Managers and Business Analysts in planning and supporting new technologies. - Collaborate with Quality Engineers to ensure proper testing and performance testing is completed before rollout. - Coordinate with other technical staff Internal and external to provide expertise toward driving solutions. - Ensure proper communication is sent to all business stakeholders and technical staff. - Assist in the definition configuration support and documentation of softwares business requirements objectives deliverables and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with internal users and departments. - Hybrid office schedule - 2 days on premise subject to change. What will this person be working on: The Consumer Apps Team is responsible for supporting all the web applications that enable our end consumers. You will work with a high-performance team that operates cross coasts which consists of Financial Analysts Business Analysts Operations Management Engineers Sr. Engineers Lead Engineers Architects Project Managers and Quality Engineers on deploying operating and contributing to new innovations as well as working on stabilizing monitoring and improving existing systems.
