From: Yogesh Sharma, StellentIT [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] ServiceNow SPM Technical Analyst Remote Phone + Skype Job description: The ServiceNow SPM Technical Analyst will play a key role in eliciting requirements, performing configurations, and ensuring delivery of the SPM module on behalf of IT PMO stakeholders according to the role responsibilities & requirements below: RESPONSIBILITIES: Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders from the IT PMO to understand business needs, formulate system scope, and define objectives for the SPM module in ServiceNow. Translate business requirements into clear user stories for an offshore SPM Development resource and yourself, ensuring alignment with agile development principles. Work closely with the offshore SPM Development resource to ensure accurate implementation of user stories and provide support for any clarification or adjustments. Act as a liaison between the IT PMO and the larger ServiceNow platform team, reporting status and ensuring alignment with platform standards. Participate in testing activities, ensuring that the SPM module meets specified requirements and is free of defects. Independently research, where needed, to resolve more complex technical problems during the implementation. Develop and deliver select user stories directly, as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience in ServiceNow with a focus on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) or IT Business Management (ITBM) modules. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements. Experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions and conducting testing activities. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and daily standup routines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree in business, IT, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. Minimum 5-7 years experience in global IT departments, SaaS applications, development and/or configurations. ServiceNow CSA or related SaaS certifications preferred.
