Support run-the-business incidents / request tickets as needed for Insight and My Hub, to ensure operational excellence (communicating status, understanding where issues will require backlog items or engineering work to address) Drive change management conversations as needed, and ensuring high level effort estimation for Insight and My Hub features are understood Review quarterly CSAT, analytics or other listening posts (e.g. slack, ticket queue) to help drive product improvements and adoption of features.
