Vendor Management: Work closely with procurement teams to understand vendor management needs and facilitate effective communication with suppliers. System Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate procurement systems with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal functionality. Data Analysis: Analyse procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for process optimization. Cost-Benefit Analysis: Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed procurement solutions and initiatives. Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend procurement-related technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Change Management: Support the implementation of new procurement processes, systems, and tools, ensuring a smooth transition for end-users. Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and documentation for end-users to facilitate the adoption of new procurement processes and tools. Compliance: Ensure that procurement processes comply with relevant regulations, policies, and industry best practices. Performance Metrics: Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring and reporting on the performance of procurement processes. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on procurement processes. Strong understanding of procurement principles, practices, and regulations. Familiarity with procurement software and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
