Make sure the designed and implemented end-to-end Manufacturing processes enable to build a core-model solution focused on industry best practices and keeping SAP S/4HANA solution the most standard: maximize the value of SAP S/4HANA solution, contribute to Fit Gap analysis to assess the value/ROI of any deviation from SAP standard. Develop the relevant reporting IT Manufacturing capabilities for the business. Master SAP S/4HANA but also the integration of other key IT Supply chain & Manufacturing components Map business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy needs. Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements Lead organization and its partners through the definition and design phases of an implementation process, including analyzing current business processes, documenting configuration and extension requirements for the application as well as data and integration requirements, and produce functional requirement documents. Identify business and technical issues throughout the project that could impact requirements, scope, or schedule and work with the project manager to identify potential solutions. Work with the technical team members during the construction and test phases of the project to clarify issues, manage and document changes when needed, and drive the functional testing by the customer business resources. Document functional designs, test cases and results. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required Ability to work independently, effectively coordinating multiple priorities in a dynamic and changing environment and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Continually assess the impact of emerging SAP technologies against strategic business needs and interpret business value for the IT management. Execute methodologies (i.e., Agile, Waterfall) and practices for the application life cycle management in line with best practice and practical experience of continuous improvement. Update and maintain all SAP/WRICEF functional documentation Conduct Unit tests, Integration tests, and Regression tests Good understanding of Life Sciences guidelines including GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11 etc.. Good communication and interpersonal skills Maintain knowledge of compliance and ensure all work activities are conducted within the regulatory requirements, related policies and procedures, and corporate objectives Responsible for executing good development and documentation practices Minimum 5 years of working experience in S4 HANA Production Planning / Quality Management / Plant Maintenance modules At least one full cycle SAP implementation in Production Planning/Quality Working experience in manufacturing Life Science Industry Must have demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Must be articulate, detail-oriented, dedicated, and conscientious Must have the ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills SAP Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM), Quality Management (QM), Warehouse Management (WM) |
