Lead the end-to-end development of the software solution, including vendor selection, software development, system integration, and quality assurance. Manage a cross-functional project team, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment of goals and deliverables. Identify potential risks and issues and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution. Communicate project progress, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring their involvement and buy-in throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the technology solution meets the organization's needs and industry standards. Oversee change management activities, including training, documentation, and user adoption, to ensure a smooth transition to the new technology solution.
