Responsible for defining stories and prioritizing Team Backlog by business value or ROI to execute programs while maintaining integrity of the features. Responsible for defining and writing users stories, acceptance criteria (definition of done), acceptance testing and empowered to work with QA to accept stories as done Manage the solution roadmap and backlog for one or more capabilities Serves as the primary source for story detail and priorities during sprint planning meetings Work within their team(s) to translate / interpret the stories, drafts user stories for and with the team Ensures User Stories completed by the team meet the Stakeholder requirements Assist and partner with the Scrum Master to help the team to execute the vision, roadmap, content and presentations (team meetings, stand up meetings, demos and retrospective) Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in BI & Analytics features, design and high-level architecture in order to apply best practices and guide the requirements gathering process Develop and maintain solid understanding of the building material industry Help foster a collaborative environment within and across teams Partner with the Team to identify opportunities for continuous improvementRequirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration or related field is required. In-depth understanding of SAP modules relevant to data analytics, such as SAP BW, SAP HANA, or SAP Analytics Cloud. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and other related technologies. Proven leadership skills to guide agile development teams, prioritize tasks, and make decisions that align with business objectives. Ability to understand and articulate business needs, aligning them with BI solutions effectively. Knowledgeable in technology and software development processes Good understanding of Data warehouse and BI concepts Strong Data analysis skills, strong in PL/SQL Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) required. Excellent interpersonal skills and developing relationships with team members and customers Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in developing training materials and documentation for end-users Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate evolving project requirements in a dynamic business environment. Strong collaborative skills, including the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
