Required Qualifications: 7+ years of Analytics and Reporting, Financial Modeling, Statistics, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.\\ Demonstrated experience transforming manual Excel reporting from data sourcing and modelling through to report development using Power BI preferably leveraging the associated Power tools (PowerQuery, PowerApps, PowerAutomate etc) 5+ years' experience with design, implementation, deployment of reporting data models with strong expertise in data modeling, PowerQuery, DAX, and MDX for creating complex calculations and measures. Knowledge and understanding of reporting environments and data structures. Ability to gather end-user requirements regarding reporting needs with little to no guidance. Desired Qualifications: Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels. Leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with other leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment. Ability to work with non-relational structured data models such as Microsoft Tabular (SSAS DAX) Experience with data sourcing from NetApps object storage and semantic modelling with Dremio Working knowledge of Python. Responsibilities: Data Transformation and Modeling: Utilize Power Query and Power BI data modeling to clean, transform, and structure data for reporting purposes. Dashboard and Report Development: Partner with business teams to advise on development of interactive and visually appealing Power BI reports and dashboards that convey meaningful insights to stakeholders.
