We should look for CRM Sales / CRM Marketing skillset, as TPM (Trade Promotions Management) is a subset of CRM Sales & Marketing They are looking for a TPM Functional consultant with CBP (customer business planning) sub-module of TPM, brokerage, claims management, TCM (Trade Claims Management) Someone who can configure promotions, test TPM scenarios, resolve TPM module tickets and integration with Salesforce They want an SAP CRM- TPM guy should be aware of integration with Sales Force systems who can do customer planning, promotion planning, and trade claims and manage implementations It is a support project, understanding business raised issues, where is the business coming from, identifying gaps, supporting users then move to the testing phase, take transitions from implementation post go-live.
