Job Title : SAP CS/SM Location : Malvern, PA Job Description Responsibilities (limit to 3-5) Understand business requirements and collect relevant information needed to build customer specific solution for SAP S/4 customer service Follow SAP Activate Methodology for Greenfield S/4HANA Implementation of PM module. Work independently on defining solutions for projects with a range of complexity or contribute to solutions of a program. Design and deliver Solutions, Functional Specs, Test scripts, Data templates, Scripts, Manuals and other documentation in line with SAP Activate methodology. Participate in change management activities e.g. Change Impact Analysis, Cascading communications, Super User training, End User training, Coaching and supporting the development of the Super User network Support customer workshops, conduct workshops and support facilitation of same. Adapt pre-configured solution or SAP Model Company based on industry standards and conduct show & tell workshops with customers. Must have skills (limit to 3-5) Minimum 08-10 years experience in SAP customer service and must have 2 years experience in SAP S/4 HANA customer service . One life cycle implementation experience in SAP S/4 HANA Proficiency in business process knowledge and configuration in S/4HANA for majority of the customer service related processes like service request management, service quotations, service order, service confirmations, service contract management, recurring services, billing of service transactions, revenue recognition and integration with controlling and logistics and deep understand of integration across financial and logistics processes, SAP and non-SAP applications Ability to design SAP solution covering both functional and technical aspects Excellent communication skills and should be able to collaborate and present to the management team Strong SAP technical, Configuration, and business area knowledge in SAP S/4 CS module Other Required Skills (limit to 3) Certified in SAP S/4 HANA Customer Service Working experience in medical device industry Working experience in SAP carve out project Work effectively in multiple time zones with global teams Thanks and Regards Ravi Prakash Singh [email protected] Technical Recruiter Keywords: sfour Pennsylvania |
